CROZ has continued to broaden their experience with IBM Maximo platform, and this time the client was Belgrade’s ZIS (Zajednički informacioni sistemi d.o.o.), an IT shared centre within the Hypo Alpe-Adria Group. The main request of the client was the upgrade the existing processes of analyzing change requests, and broadening the Change Management procedure within Hypo banks.

Beforehand, the tool that has been used for receiving and processing the requests was Tivoli Service Request Manager (TSRM), and the goal of this project was to include clients in the activities of receiving and processing the change requests. Within the project, several internal processes within the TSRM framework were implemented, such as internal help desk, project management and test phases.
