The association was founded in 1995 as a non-profit organization to promote the health, educational, cultural, social, informational, sports, and other needs of people with disabilities. They monitor and analize application of regulations in the field of disability prevention. That’s not all – they also supervise special protection of people with disabilities and the environment in which they live and work by giving initiatives and actively participating in law implementation that regulate and improve the position of people with disabilities.
