CXZG conference: Is the CX a new UX?

Digital customer experience (CX) has become a buzzword in the past few years and everybody wants to know what really creates value for the end user.

CXZG is the first conference in Croatia and region with the agenda fully focused on the customer experience. It was held on 6th of June and it gathered leading experts in this field. Through talks and panel discussions they reveled the best practices when it comes to CX.

Digital customer experience (CX) has become a buzzword in the past few years and everybody wants to know what really creates value for the end user. On the other hand, UX is most commonly related to the simplicity of using digital products. The question is: “Is the CX a new UX?”. This was the title of the panel discussion at the Conference on which Tomislav Jukić, Product management practice leader from CROZ, participated.

In his talk he explained what are the best development practices that make the final product attractive and useful to the end user and how does the process of design, development and implementation of user experience looks like. It was a pleasure to be a part of this conference and share experiences with other participants.
