The basic demands set forth by RBA were that the platform and the user interface needed to be upgraded. This software solution has been custom made and contains all functionalities customer needs, and the transactions are done in real-time, which means that it does not  take the whole day for the data to be visible. The project was developed in three phases: retail Internet banking, corporate Internet banking and additional functionalities, while the risks of the project were minimized with interactive approach and piloting.

The pilot project involved employees of the bank and so called friends of the project. The application is based on the IBM’s middleware software that was verified in the segments of security, stability and performance. Taking into account that RBA has been using IBM software for years, it was also used for development of this solution. New features that this solution enables to clients are: the use of m-token on JAVA phones (with the existing Android and iPhone m-token), possibility of group transaction authorisation as well as much more attractive and modern interface.

The whole system has an upgraded authorisation system that provides additional security in order for the clients to be completely protected.
