Davor Čengija is a proactive and experienced agile and systems coach, enterprise architect, product discovery consultant and project manager. During 20 years of work in the IT industry, he has worked in the field of product innovations and discovery, team coaching, software development, system and software architecture and management of a number of projects in various business areas. He is the author of several successful courses on agile work, software development organization, service-oriented architecture and enterprise architecture. He has also participated as an author in European and world conferences related to agile software development methodologies (Global Scrum Gathering, Vienna 2019, Agile Lean Europe Conference, Krakow 2014, IPMA 2021, Regional Scrum Gathering Belgrade 2021) and software architecture (iSAQB Architekturtage 2014 Roadshow, Germany), as well as several regional conferences and events.
