Matija Maljić is a data engineer and consultant. During his studies, he encountered various interesting technologies and methodologies for creating software, but the term Big Data and Data Science attracted his attention the most, and therefore he decided to pursue it. He has worked with various data ecosystems, including Hortonworks, Cloudera, AWS and Databricks, and numerous supporting technologies such as Apache Hive, HDFS, Spark, Cassandra and Delta Lake.
