The purpose of this Supplier Code of Conduct ("Code of Conduct") is to accept and affirm the fundamental values of CROZ and create positive atmosphere and working environment in order to established CROZ standards that include ethical business practices and regulatory compliance. This Code of Conduct defines the non-negotiable minimum standards that CROZ asks to respect and to adhere to when conducting business with CROZ.
