New agile courses at Learn@CROZ education centre

While not a silver bullet, Agile methods can yield faster time-to-market, lower project costs, and reduced product defects. These are just some of the reasons why more and more organizations engage in agile adventure. Our first experience in applying agile development methods began a long time ago, first on small projects, but gradually we introduced them to all projects. Why? The use of agile methods results in better communication with clients and in formation of multi-functional and long-lasting teams.

We share our good experiences with our customers in various ways and one of them are specialized courses that are held in Learn@CROZ education centre. In addition to already existing courses such as Introduction to Agile Software Development, Scrum workshops and courses that are offered in collaboration with experts from agile42 company (Certified ScrumMaster Training and Certified Scrum Product Owner Training) we have introduced two more agile courses in the offer.

• Advanced Scrum Master course is intended for Scrum Masters and people who want to get to know the role of the agile coach. Participants will learn how to achieve lasting change for the team and individuals, which is the main task of every Scrum Master. • Advanced Product Owner course is intended for the Product Owners but also for the and Scrum Masters. In this course, participants will continue to build their skills of Product Owner. Backbone of the course is a user story around which the majority of the course is built. Participants will also learn how to build an idea around which to build their product, and how to be a part of your organisation’s portfolio.
