A line of code can carry a business rule no one remembers writing. A team’s best answer may live with the colleague everyone calls when a case gets complicated. An operations engineer knows when to stop an automated change and ask for another pair of eyes.
That knowledge does not disappear when an organization adopts AI. It becomes the context AI has to work within.

CROZ has joined Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network. The membership gives our teams a new way to deepen their Claude expertise. It also brings us into a network built around a challenge we know well: making capable technology useful inside organizations with existing systems, responsibilities, and people.
Start with what the business already knows
CROZ has spent more than two decades helping organizations change systems they cannot afford to misunderstand. Our mainframe teams have delivered more than 200 projects worldwide, often working with applications that hold years of business decisions inside their code.
Modernization begins by making those decisions visible. Carbon.modernize, part of our family of AI agents, maps legacy logic and dependencies before AI analyzes them. Its findings trace back to the source. Teams can inspect what a system does before deciding what to change.
Anthropic named code modernization as an early focus when it launched the Claude Partner Network. That caught our attention because it connects to work CROZ already does. The opportunity is to bring stronger Claude expertise to questions that have always required careful engineering: what should be preserved, what can improve, and how do we know the difference?
Give AI a place in the workflow
The same care matters outside legacy systems. A knowledge assistant should show where an answer came from. An agent investigating an incident needs clear permissions, an audit trail, and a person who approves consequential changes.
CROZ builds those conditions into the work. Carbon brings reusable foundations for cited knowledge workflows and governed agents, then we adapt the data access, integrations, rules, and approvals to the organization. Its shared foundation can work with different models, so Claude can be considered where it fits the task rather than becoming a constraint on the whole design.
A model earns its place when a team can trace its answers, review its actions, and decide when it should stop.
What the Claude Partner Network changes for CROZ
The network gives members access to Anthropic’s partner learning resources, certification paths, and technical support. CROZ will use those resources to build its Claude practice and bring that knowledge into client work. We are at the beginning of that work.
Our approach to clients remains the same. We begin with the business process and the people who own it. We examine the data and systems it depends on, choose technology that fits, and build the controls needed to run it responsibly. Claude adds another option to that work, backed by a closer route to Anthropic’s partner resources.
Make the knowledge travel
New expertise has more value when it moves beyond the team that first learned it. CROZ shares practical lessons through education, client work, and communities such as QED and Mighty Mainframe. We want to bring what we learn through the Claude Partner Network into those conversations too, including what works, what needs more care, and where another approach is better.
The goal is a client team that can question, operate, and improve the AI capability after launch.
