On Tuesday, March 25,2014, the event “An efficient software development with greater process automation” was held at Plaza Hotel in Ljubljana. At the event, which gathered over 30 participants from banking, insurance, telecommunications and government sector, methods and tools that enable greater efficiency in software development were presented.
Josip Osrečki from CROZ presented the concepts of IBM Agile ALM, a set of good practices shaped in Rational Team Concert template that enables to development teams greater transparency and improves quality in software development.
Ales Koprivnikar from IBM Slovenia presented the DevOps principles and IBM UrbanCode tools, the latest part of the Rational portfolio, designed to automate deployment and manage releases of software.
To maximize the efficiency of their development process, company Iskratel d.o.o. used IBM Rational Requirements Composer and Quality Manager tools, and Slobodan Jovanovski from Iskratel presented their project experiences.
