Continuous education - Learn @CROZ

We at CROZ are fully aware how important it is to adapt to constant changes in the IT world, so we put special attention to education. In order to help our clients raise the level of knowledge and follow technological changes easily, we launched full range of education services – from the pre-prepared course catalogs, through adapted workshops to consulting on real projects.

Since the year 2008, CROZ’s educational center, located in Lastovska 23, has been the host of various workshops and courses with the lecturers being professional CROZ’s experts and numerous subcontractors. Being the authorized IBM supplier of educational services in Croatia, CROZ fulfills all the necessary conditions according to the standards and the IBM’s educational rules and also has an ISO certificate which results in a significant increase of the educational services which include the official IBM courses.

Courses and workshops

Courses and workshops organized by CROZ are related to various business areas connected to methodology and technology that provide attendants specific knowledge and skills such as concepts Enterprise architecture, Agile, Lean and Kanban, business analysis and the modeling of business processes, development in Java and SQL programming languages, web services implementation, software testing and modern testing tools, document management systems, the development of mobile applications (Android, iOS), the application and use of IBM software products, project management, social networking, presentation and many other soft skills and other skills. CROZ has also prepared individual courses for the most demanding attendants and since CROZ never rests, summer months are also reserved for learning so the educational center holds numerous courses and workshops. In addition to these workshops, Programerko, IT association, traditionally organizes programming workshops for children in the educational center Learn@CROZ. Scratch workshop which was held in July, intended for children aged 7-12, has taught them how to independently develop simple computer games and programs and have fun at the same time. The goal of these workshops is to show the youngest the importance of mathematical and computer principles but also to teach them to think creatively, make systematic conclusions and to work in a team.
