27. 05. 2018
Overview

CROZ’s extensive experience with API Economy and mainframe expertise proved to be key for the development of new education modules.

European Mainframe Academy (EMA) and CROZ have joined forces to develop the next generation of mainframe education. EMA has been using “Blended Learning” methodology and has been a leader in mainframe education for more than a decade. CROZ’s extensive experience with API Economy and mainframe expertise proved to be key for the development of new education modules.

This is the first time EMA announces a new generation of education offering based on video content in English. The course is based on “Blended Learning” which blends online classes with guidance from experienced coaches and hands-on exercises.

The first education module created within this cooperation is “Implementing IBM z/OS Connect”. The course will be available for customers in September 2018. Students will learn the basics of the API Economy, main concepts of z/OS Connect and how to implement it in real life using CICS, DB2 and IMS. Future courses will cover emerging mainframe technologies, as well as traditional skills required for everyday tasks.

About EMA
