New dates for Certified ScrumMaster and Certified Scrum Product Owner trainings

In co-operation with the agile coaching company agile42, a CROZ partner, there will be two interesting courses organized in the CROZ learning centre in Zagreb. An experienced and well know agile coach, Bent Myllerup, will be the lecturer for Certified ScrumMaster Training and Certified Scrum Product Owner Training.

Bent Myllerup is a member of the agile42 team and acts as a country manager for Denmark. He is working world wide as an agile coach, mentor, presenter, facilitator and trainer. Being the first Certified Scrum Coach in Europe, in combination with his professional EMCC certification as a Systemic Coach, Bent is highly focused on helping people growing into the full potential of their individual role. Bent has personal experiences in various contexts: from junior developer to being on the board of directors, working in a range from garage start-ups to internationally well-recognized corporations. For the Certified ScrumMaster course a two two-day training was prepared and it will give the attendees a full insight into Agile principles and the concepts and practices that define the Scrum framework. The learning experience will be highly dynamic and the classes will be very interactive with elements of discussion, exercises, simulations, videos and event games. There will be two opportunities to take this course, one in March and one in June.

The second course will highlight the importance of a strong Product Ownership to successful agile transformation. Bent will help the participants to fully understand the role of the product owner and they will also learn the needed practices in order for them to succeed as product owner’s. The course is an interactive workshop filled with exercises which will demonstrate the difference between traditional and the more efficient agile approaches of product management and software development. It also focuses on Scrum from a Product Owner’s perspective and is ideal not only for those who are responsible for the functional definition and delivery of software products or services but also for all management levels. The two-day course will take place from March 31^st to April 1^st in Zagreb.
