No amount of heavy rain that day could stop 25 people to attend our first seaside meetup in Rijeka last week.
We gathered at Caffe bar TOR and after 3 enjoyable hours, we decided to experiment a bit. We let the attendees suggest possible topics, dot vote and in the end we addressed four topics in two tracks:
- From an HR perspective – what qualities to look for when hiring Scrum Masters
- Why some teams won’t “do” agile and why is there a lack of motivation to involve (also – what might be the root cause)?
- Misunderstanding what agile is (can I buy 3 kilos of agile please…?)
- How to demonstrate business value to customers when there is nothing to show (ie. under-the-hood integration)?
