We were determined to have out internship programme, CROZ Summer Accelerator, take place even this year – no matter what. But, all the student job fair were canceled and social distancing measures in place so we needed a new and innovative way to present CROZ to students, to explain why our Summer Accelerator is one of the best IT internships programmes and what is it that makes it so special.

Enter – CROZ Virtual Job Fair!

We’ve gathered students on Zoom and dedicated almost the whole day to present what CROZ does, how we do it and what methodologies and technologies we use to craft the best possible solutions for our clients. More than 40 CROZ employees from various departments and teams did their best to explain how we work and students were able to meet the mentors, ask dedicated questions to team leader and members from our DevOps, Java Development, UX/UI and Frontend, System Engineering, Business Analysis and Data Engineering as well as from our Rijeka office and Human Resources team.

– CROZ has always been a company with a lot of students in its ranks, we have always invested a lot of time and effort in the student internship program. Many of our employees have been with us since their student days, and a good part of the current mentors first arrived at CROZ as interns! This best shows why CROZ Summer Accelerator internship programme is a great way for students to get to know what we do and how we work – said Mura Kokotović, Human Resources Manager at CROZ.

CROZ’s Summer Accelerator is known among students as an excellent internship programme during which they never waste time doing boring tasks, but work on real projects, with a minimum of two mentors and in small and agile teams go through all the phases of working on an IT project.

We will be receiving applications until June 15, and students will work and learn with mentors and  from July 13 to September 25. Applications from students interested in interning as developers, business analysts, data engineers, system engineers and UX/UI designers/frontend developers are welcome.
