SOLUTION DESCRIPTION:
The CROZ IBM Middleware Solution provides a robust, secure, and scalable platform for hosting and integrating enterprise applications.
It is based on IBM Cloud Pak for Applications (including IBM WebSphere and Red Hat Enterprise Application Platform runtimes) and IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (including IBM MQ) — ensuring optimal performance, availability, and interoperability across hybrid environments.
The solution enables organizations to run, modernize, and integrate business-critical web and internal applications while maintaining compliance, operational excellence, and agility.
It forms the technological foundation for several customer-facing and internal systems co-developed and maintained by CROZ — including digital onboarding solutions, mobile banking platforms, and business account management applications., and fraud detection solution.
The solution supports the following process tasks:
- Maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of enterprise web and internal applications
- Administration and upkeep of middleware infrastructure components
- Maintenance and tuning of LDAP infrastructure for secure authentication and directory management
- Operational incident analysis, including root cause identification, workaround implementation, and preventive measures
- Continuous performance tuning and preventive maintenance to ensure high system availability and fast response times
- Implementation of security patches, version upgrades, and fix packs for middleware components
- Integration and scalability management to support growing application workloads and new deployments
The partner’s developed IP (intellectual property) features are:
