The eleventh annual QED Conference which will be held from 07 to 09 May in Zadar, will give to its participants an insight on how to tap the individual’s full potential for efficiency of the organization and to harmonize new generations with the experience and knowledge we already possess.
CROZ’s organizational team found inspiration for the topic of this years’ QED Conference in Japanese success in running, to be more specific, in team relay marathon race. Guided by the Japanese cultural concept of WA aka team harmony, they managed to achieve top results in sport which is not specific to Japan. The same ethics dictates that the goal is not a glory of an individual, but in team success, which is applied to the business environment as well. Organizational team believes that there are not so many differences between us and the Japanese when we are talking about the team harmony and utilization of the individual potential to achieve the team goal.
Through various lecture formats the Quality in Enterprise Development (QED) Conference regularly examines current aspects of quality in software development. How to tap the individual’s full potential for efficiency of the organization? How to harmonize new generations with the experience and knowledge we already possess? What is the link between harmony and modern system architectures? The answers to these and many other questions will be revealed to you by Richard Sheridan, the author of the world famous book Joy, Inc. about creating harmony within the team and organization. Phaedra Boinodiris from IBM will provide us with the latest knowledge in the field of cognitive design and methods of influence on the organization though the concept of serious gaming, and Yonatan Raz-Friedman, co-founder of the fastest growing UK startup, a person who knows everything we want to know about innovation and many other domestic and foreign experts.
