FIGMA WORKSHOP INTRODUCTION
Figma has emerged as a leading collaborative design and prototyping tool. This
workshop will guide participants through Figma’s core features and demonstrate
how prototyping can significantly improve communication among designers,
project managers, product owners, and business analysts. Through practical
exercises, participants will learn how to create and test prototypes that align user
needs with strategic goals. By the end of the course, participants will gain practical
knowledge and skills tо prototype effectively and conduct usability testing,
ensuring that final products deliver real value to end-users and stakeholders.
Course Objective
Participants will gain a thorough understanding of how prototypes can validate
ideas early in the development cycle. They will learn how to set up prototypes that
can validate user interactions, and how to gather and interpret user feedback for
iterative improvements.
The ultimate goal is to help product teams connect user-centric design practices
with business outcomes, empowering teams to make informed decisions, reduce
costly rework, and accelerate product development cycles.
