CROZ Company started with the implementation of the EU funded project “Increasing the Competitiveness and Business Performance of CROZ d.o.o. by using information and communication technology “.
The realization of the project includes the implementation and modernization of four software systems – ERP, CRM, HRM, and BI, which will improve and optimize business processes within the Company. The project will contribute to a more efficient workflow and better reporting within the organization. Also, it will improve interaction with customers and the general Company’s position on the market. Expected outcomes of this project are improved processes within the following business functions: human resources management, finance, and accounting, asset management, marketing, sales, strategic risk planning, and management.
The integration of business functions will be achieved by connecting ICT solutions introduced within the project (ERP, CRM, HRM, and BI) with each other and with existing software solutions within the Company. Connecting all software systems to exchange data eliminates multiple data entries, minimizes the possibility of human error in data manipulation and enables a consolidated review of the Company’s operations.
Implementation of the project will also improve interaction with customers and suppliers and strengthen the market position of the company. It will support systematical and proactive access to the portfolio of existing and potential customers which will improve customer experience and customer satisfaction and enable the Company to increase the scope of business with existing customers and easier and faster acquisition of the new ones.
Project duration: November 2019 – May 2021
EU contribution: 995.800,00 HRK
