The objective of this training is quite clear – to improve the negotiation skills of all participants.
Participants will learn:
- the basic concepts of negotiating
- management of the negotiation process
- the phases of the negotiation process and the legitimacy of each
- how to select an adequate style and technique for negotiating, depending on the situation at hand
- adequately prepare for negotiating
- objectively take into account all sides and their interests while negotiating
- negotiate in a relaxed manner and take time to make decisions
- take advantage of opportunities while negotiating and make the best of disadvantageous situations
- direct the course of the negotiation to a win-win situation
