DURATION 2 Days
The objective of this training is quite clear – to improve the negotiation skills of all participants.

Participants will learn:

  • the basic concepts of negotiating
  • management of the negotiation process
  • the phases of the negotiation process and the legitimacy of each
  • how to select an adequate style and technique for negotiating, depending on the situation at hand
  • adequately prepare for negotiating
  • objectively take into account all sides and their interests while negotiating
  • negotiate in a relaxed manner and take time to make decisions
  • take advantage of opportunities while negotiating and make the best of disadvantageous situations
  • direct the course of the negotiation to a win-win situation
